Throughout our search for a home, we looked at houses in at least 5 towns, everything from fixer-uppers to move-in condition properties, and she never balked when we passed up homes for no other reason than "it just wasn't quite right." She was great at understanding what we wanted and what we could afford, and she worked with us for about 3 years to find something that fit the bill.

She knows how to work with first-timers. We had worked with an agent before Regina, and we were happily surprised to work with someone who looked at properties objectively, pointing out not only the good things about the property, but also the shortcomings as well as any potential problems or necessary costs that first-timers may not always be thinking of. She definitely is not pushy, and cares more about her clients' happiness than how fast she can sell them a house. She never pushed us to settle for something, and at the same time never hesitated to tell us when we were looking at things simply beyond our means.

I think the biggest joy of having worked with Regina, aside from finally finding our happy home, was getting the chance to know a genuinely good person. She was fun to work with, and she kept a positive attitude when we became discouraged. She's very hard working and honest, and we always felt that she actually cared about our best interests, from the search through closing and even afterward.
